Q: What services do you offer?
A: I specialise in providing HR consultancy services and a fully bespoke outsourcing HR solution to UK businesses, including (but not restricted to):

Q: What makes your services different from UK-based consultants?
A: A few things set me apart from a UK based consultant and an offshore solution (for example countries like India), I’m a British UK Employment Law expert and also have extensive working knowledge of US and European Employment Laws, I can offer an affordable solution that works out to be at least 50% cheaper than London. IR35 is not a concern as I am classed as an overseas supplier, I can contract for you for as long as you like (this is detailed below).
Additionally, the 1-hour time difference ensures seamless communication and collaboration. I can travel home to the UK on a 2 hour flight and can attend important meetings if you so require.
Q: Where are you based, and how does that benefit UK clients?
A: I am from the UK but now based in Croatia and my location allows me to offer affordable, high-quality HR support with the convenience of a 1-hour time difference from the UK.
Q: Can you coach Senior Exec's outside office hours?
A: Yes, I can provide a bespoke solution for you.
Q: What are your working hours?
A: While I am based in Croatia, GMT+1, I align my working hours with UK business hours. I am also available outside these hours by prior arrangement.
Q: How do you communicate with clients?
A: Communication with clients primarily occurs via email, Whatsapp, Zoom, Microsoft Teams.
Q: What if I need help outside your area of expertise?
A: I have a referral agreement with HR Platform & Admin Hero and an preferred Employment Lawyer Partner. If these services are required I can introduce you to them.

Q: How does IR35 affect us if we use your services for a long period of time?
A: IR35 is a UK tax legislation that applies to workers providing services through an intermediary (e.g., a limited company) who would otherwise be considered employees. However, since I am based and taxed in Croatia, IR35 does not apply to our engagement. This means you can engage my services without worrying about IR35 compliance, even for long-term projects.
