What’s included in the HR support packages?
Depending on your package, you’ll get a set number of HR support hours per month, flexible usage, policy and contract reviews, recruitment advice, compliance checks, and access to legal support as needed.

Can I change or cancel my package?
Yes! Our packages are designed to be flexible. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days notice - just let us know, and we’ll make the transition smooth.

What is an Audit package?
Our Audit package is a one-off, deep-dive review of your HR or IP processes, policies, and documentation. You’ll receive a clear, actionable report highlighting strengths, risks, and practical recommendations.

What is the Implementation package?
The Implementation package provides hands-on support to put your audit recommendations into action-whether that’s updating contracts, introducing new policies, or managing IP registrations and compliance.

Do I have to buy an audit before implementation?
No. While many clients start with an audit to identify priorities, you can choose implementation support directly if you already know what you need to change.

Do you provide legal support?
Yes! Legal support is available on-demand as an add-on, charged at an hourly rate, so you only pay for what you use.

How much do your services cost?
